My name is Nadine Graham, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Virginia, South Carolina, Kentucky, and Ohio, with over 18 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups. The prediction of length of treatment cannot ethically be determined at the time of intake. However, after development of the treatment plan Epiphany Counseling and Consulting, LLC will provide an updated Good Faith Estimate (GFE).
