Mission
Welcome! Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Virginia, South Carolina, Kentucky, and Ohio, with more than 18 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups in a variety of clinical settings. Based in Virginia, I provide telehealth services to clients located in each of the states where I am licensed.
My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that helps you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building on the strengths and resilience you already possess. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
My specialty is supporting individuals and families navigating chronic medical conditions and the emotional challenges that often accompany them. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, caregiver burnout, and major life transitions.
Whether you’re adjusting to a new diagnosis, balancing the demands of caregiving, coping with loss, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s uncertainties, my goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical tools that support your emotional well-being.
At Epiphany Counseling & Consulting, I believe healing often begins with greater self-awareness and a willingness to take that first step. Sometimes, the breakthrough you’re searching for is your own “epiphany.” It would be an honor to partner with you as you discover clarity, confidence, and hope while creating the life you envision.
*Please note in states outside of VA I am only accepting private pay.*
